EMTA TO UPDATE ROUTE SCHEDULE EFFECTIVE 6/7/2025
ERIE, PA- Erie Metropolitan Transit Authority fixed bus route adjustments will take effect on Saturday, June 7th. Effected routes are listed below. Please visit www.ride-the-e.com or call EMTA customer service at 814-452-3515 to view the updated route schedules for the effected routes.
- Route 20L- Cultural Loop
- Route 105- Corry
- Route 33- Presque Isle Express
- University Services Routes 18, 19 & PennWest Edinboro Express will no longer run at the end of each university’s semester.
These route changes bring the return of the Route 33- Presque Isle Express, the EMTA’s free ride from downtown Erie to Presque Isle State Park. This route travels from Downtown Erie and across Millcreek, with stops at the Tom Ridge Environmental Center and around Presque Isle State Park. The Presque Isle Express will operate Wednesdays and Saturdays this summer with later times on Wednesdays to accommodate the Presque Isle Partnership’s Sunset Music Series.
