It is the responsibility of each rider to keep their passes in good condition. It is very important to keep the black magnetic strip on the back of the pass in good condition so the fare boxes are able to read the pass. If for some reason the pass is damaged or unable to be read, the numbers shown circled on the back of the pass are able to be searched in our system and the remaining balance of the pass may be honored if you visit our office to check the status. If those numbers are not visible, we are unable to honor any remaining balance on that pass.
